Planting for Clean Water Workshop Coming to New Hope

New Hope residents are invited to learn how simple changes in your yard can improve local water quality at a workshop hosted by the City of New Hope and Blue Thumb. The Planting for Clean Water Workshop will show you how to manage runoff, protect nearby lakes and streams and create a healthier landscape.

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN
Led by professional designers from Metro Blooms Design+Build, the workshop will cover assessing your yard, directing water runoff, installing a rain barrel, siting a rain garden and more. Following the presentation, you’ll have the chance to meet with landscape designers and master gardeners to discuss project ideas for your property.
