The law applies if the child is any public place after curfew hours including walking, biking, and driving a vehicle.
If young people are in a public place or business after the above hours without a parent, guardian, or other responsible adult, the police may give them a ticket. A public place means any place to which the public or a substantial group of the public has access and includes, streets, highways, and common areas of schools, hospitals, apartment houses, office buildings, transport facilities and shops.
