The New Hope City Code contains the City's local laws and regulations, known as ordinances. These rules help protect public health and safety, maintain community standards and guide activities such as property maintenance, construction, business operations and animal ownership.
The City Code is available online and can be searched by keyword or browsed by topic.
Proposed Ordinances
Proposed ordinances are posted at least 10 days before the City Council meeting at which they are scheduled for a vote, in accordance with Minnesota Statute 415.19. After the meeting, proposed ordinances are removed from this listing.
