Spring Street Sweeping to Begin May 1

Citywide spring street sweeping is scheduled to begin on Monday, May 1. Sweepers will start in the northwest and southeast corners of the city, working toward the middle. Sweeping will take approximately one week to complete.

Please avoid parking on the street while street sweeping is underway, and keep waste receptacles out of the road.

Street sweeping is critical to protecting wetlands, lakes and streams from the trash, salt and debris that builds up on streets and along gutters throughout the year.

Doing spring yard cleanup? Please remember that it is a violation of New Hope City Code to dispose of grass, leaves or other yard waste into the street or gutter.
