2020 City Services Survey Results
Posted on 11/17/2020

Since 2011, New Hope has asked residents to fill out a survey to evaluate their satisfaction with city services. The valuable feedback is just one way the city gauges what’s being done right and what areas need improvement. Each survey is read multiple times, with the responses aggregated and presented to department heads and New Hope City Council.

The 2020 City Services Survey was conducted July 5 to Sept. 18, and more than 800 responses were received – the most feedback in more than four years. The top rated city services include police, snowplowing, water supply and sanitary sewer. The details below provide an overview of the results.
